- Photographs and status updates of your child that we create while delivering our services, such as arrival photos and move-in updates. These are shared only with your family and are kept under the same protection and retention rules described below.

- To communicate with you about your child's arrangements, including status updates you have requested.
- To meet legal, safety, or emergency obligations connected to our role as a designated emergency contact.
What we never do

Students and minors
Our services are contracted by parents and guardians. Where a student is under 18, we collect and use their information only with the consent and instruction of their parent or guardian.
